INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS

Large-scale energy production for businesses

Professional solar systems for manufacturing companies, warehouses, and commercial buildings. Reduce energy costs by up to 70%, improve competitiveness, and make your business more sustainable.

WHY CHOOSE AN INDUSTRIAL SOLAR PARK

An investment that supports business growth

Industrial solar parks have become a strategic competitive advantage. Your energy cost becomes predictable, your CO₂ footprint shrinks, and your brand reputation strengthens.

Fast payback in 4–7 years

Industrial systems pay back in 4–7 years thanks to high daytime consumption — when solar production is at its peak.

Up to 70% lower energy costs

Daytime production covers a large part of your operations. Large-scale systems (100–500 kW) produce 100 000 – 500 000 kWh per year.

Energy price protection for 25+ years

Lock in your energy cost at today’s level. If electricity prices rise, your competitive advantage grows.

Low maintenance cost

Systems require minimal maintenance — typically an inspection 1–2 times per year. Panels are naturally cleaned by rain.

Increases property value

A solar park is a long-term investment that increases the value and attractiveness of commercial real estate for tenants or buyers.

A sustainable business image

Demonstrate environmental responsibility. Green energy helps win sustainability-minded customers and partners.

SUITABLE SOLUTIONS

Who industrial systems are for

Solar systems suit any business with sufficient roof space or land and daytime energy consumption.

Manufacturing companies

Production processes typically run during daytime, when solar output is highest. A great match between consumption and production.

  • Food industry
  • Metalworking
  • Wood processing
  • Printing houses and packaging factories

Warehouses and logistics centers

Large roofs (1 000–10 000 m²) offer excellent potential for large-scale generation. Lighting and cooling run during the day.

  • Distribution centers
  • Cold storage
  • E-commerce hubs
  • Transport terminals

Retail and commercial buildings

Shops and offices consume a lot of energy during the day due to lighting, ventilation, and heating/cooling.

  • Shopping centers
  • Office buildings
  • Hotels
  • Service businesses
PROCESS

How an industrial solar park reaches your business

A professional approach that considers your business needs, energy profile, and long-term goals.

01

Initial analysis

We analyze your energy consumption, roof/land suitability, and investment options. We visit the site and give an initial assessment.

02

Detailed design

We create a precise project with 3D visuals, production forecast, and payback analysis. We also cover available support options.

03

Installation

A professional team installs the system quickly and to a high standard. Installation does not disrupt operations. Time: 1–4 weeks.

04

Commissioning and training

We connect the system to the grid, configure monitoring, and train your team. You receive maintenance plan and warranty documentation.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Maximize performance and revenue

Improve system efficiency and income with complementary solutions.

Battery systems

Store excess energy and use it in the evening or for frequency market participation. Increases self-consumption and revenue.

Frequency market

Earn extra revenue with your battery system by helping balance the power grid. Additional income of 200–500 €/kW per year.

EV charging

Install charging points for employees or your fleet. Charge vehicles with solar energy.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Typically, 1 kW of solar requires 5–7 m² of roof area. So a 100 kW system needs ~600 m² and a 500 kW system ~3000 m². Ground-mounted systems or carport roofs are also possible.

No. Installation takes place outside production areas and we coordinate work with your schedule. In many cases, installation can be done on weekends or during downtime.

Solar panels: 25–30 years performance warranty (80–85% of original). Inverters: 10–15 years. Structure and installation: 5–10 years. All manufacturer warranties apply in Europe.

Yes. We offer different financing models: bank loan, leasing, and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), where we install the system and you buy energy at a lower price than from the grid. There are also occasional state support programs.

Very little. The system runs automatically and panels are cleaned by rain. We recommend an annual inspection where we check condition and production. We also offer full-service maintenance contracts.

Solar parks can also be installed on the ground. Ground-mounted systems are flexible in size and tilt angle and suit large industrial companies that have available land.
