Frequently asked questions
It depends on your annual electricity consumption and available roof area. For many homes, a 5–10 kW system is a great starting point. We provide a free analysis and recommend the optimal setup.
Panels still produce on cloudy days, but less. Winter production is lower, and grid-tied systems simply use the grid when needed. Hybrid systems can also use stored energy from the battery.
Most roofs work — tile, metal or fibre cement. South-facing at 30–45° is ideal, but east/west also performs well. We can assess your site for free.
Very little. Rain often cleans panels naturally and the system runs automatically. We recommend checking 1–2 times per year and cleaning if needed. We also offer maintenance plans.
